Richard is so unprofessional. I called to make a payment and he said, oh the 3 digit on the back of the card don't match. I said huh, and he said no reason to raise your voice. How is that raising your voice. Then he hangs up in my face after I ask to speak to someone else. Call back 2 more times and he hangs up in my face. This guy needs to be fired, this is unacceptable.

Have gotten short term loans from Security Finance on 3 occasions. They are always kind, and efficent. They can call to take a payment over the phone if you would like, and are understanding if you will be a little late making your payment. Overall. A good experience.

Very questionable business. I took out a small loan with them in hopes of building my credit, I have now made 3 payments(3 months) and they have yet to report to the bureaus as we agreed upon befor I took the loan out. NO one has any answere as to when they will be reporting not the the office not corporate, but they still expect me to hold up my end of the agreement (pay monthly installments) even though they have not held up there end. Very unprofessional staff when confronted with facts they take it personally responding with " that's fine sir when they start reporting it will go on your credit not mine" beware when dealing with this business.

Only giving it a star so I can write a review VERY VERY upset about the fact that online the hours for friday say they close at 6pm took off of work at 430 to get there by 5 to have time to work on a credit loan which I had really needed. Just for there doors to be Open at 5:03 and for them to say they were closed. I was very upset and informed them that the info online said 6pm on fridays and they just said theyll try to fix it....

The best (2nd to Toledo Finance) personal finance, I have ever used.
