ACE Cash Express, Tyler, TX

Went there to get some things done today in a hurry and I was impressed. The nice lady working there was so friendly and took care of everything I needed. She made sure to ask me if I needed anything else before I left. I will be back to the Ace on Broadway and I hope she is working!

Shout out to Ms. Lisa who always has a welcoming smile on my visits. The staff is courteous & efficient. There are times on Fri afternoons / eves that 2 staff are needed due to the volume & client need for certain services that require /consume 1 staff member for long periods of time (check verification / check cashing issues). The office is always decorated for the season we are in, which adds to the warm welcome.

I want to give a shoutout to JJ Sandoval! He is always respectful when I or my spouse bring my mother in to cash her checks and other services that ACE provides. No matter how many customers are ahead of us in line at times, he is very patient and treats each and everyone of us with courteous respect! He even goes the extra mile on caring for my mother on asking how she is feeling that particular day, when her health fluctuates. JJ, thank you for always having a positive attitude, not knowing how a customers day is going! Kuddos!

I had a travel check issued by the US treasury I don't know if the rep had cashed one before but she made a phone call and got it cashed in a timely manner. Thanks
