Mean the manager has terrible customer service. I would recommend visiting another Loan company. The app and website never works.

Love their customer service here ,easy loan process Janice was always sweet and nice and answered my questions....I highly recommend if your doing a title loan or small loan they don't mind helping!!!!!!! These lady's are excellent office and building always have great vibes and smell nice and clean..

Worst customer service. I should have know when I walk in for the first time and employee was getting into with a customer. The “manager” came up and handled the situation no better than the worker truthfully. It was so sad. I wish I could attach the video I took
