The entrance process was long but the lady went step by step with me. She helped with questions I had and never made me feel like I was insignificant. So far so good. They also report to all credit bureaus so excited to see what my score will be after repayment! Thank you so much for the kindness you showed me!

I absolutely love this company! Carly was brand new when I started my relationship with Mariner and has taken excellent care of me!! 5 stars hands down! Keep up the great customer care yawl!!

I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. As a contractor that brings Mariner customers, they are very unhelpful and could care less that I bring them contracts. They overlook errors on the contracts and then once you submit for payment they suddenly need the customer to resign a contract. This could in the long run cause me to lose money as every time they have done this to me, the jobs have already been completed and they wait until they are to pay me to point out any errors. Yet they send me an email stating the contract is complete! Hence the reason I start the job. I will no longer be offering them as our business finance lender!
