Regional Finance has always been able to help me when I needed a loan. Their customer service reps are always nice and considerate. I have sometimes forgotten the exact date my payment is due and they give me a cutesy phone call and are always nice and friendly. I do recommend them to anyone who needs some help now and again.

I was greeted today by the loan manager personally, Yulissa. She did great at helping me figure out the best loan plan for me. I was treated with top tier customer service, attended in a timely manner and I will make sure to bring my business back here every time.

I received a loan from the lovely ladies at Regional Finance, I had an enjoyable time watching everyone as they kept very busy with enthusiasm. The loan officer was exceptionally kind , considerate and carefully explained everything to us so that anyone could understand.

During the process of getting my loan it took over an hour. They didn’t notify me prior to driving an hour to them that some of the documents I emailed needed a different format. So I had to try and search for them in office. The employee who was helping me was answering the phone and working with other clients while she was working on my loan which seemed to make my process even longer. Then they printed the check in my maiden name instead of my married name so I had to wait even longer for a new check to be printed.
