Stay away! The lady who answered the phone was rude. They screwed my daughter over and over drafted her account. Someone was supposed to call us back and nobody ever called. I would not recommend this place at all.

I realize, that this place is in business to make money, BUT, one would think after a loan goes into default, and stays that way, for years, there's a problem, mainly one can't pay their loan payment. Now, with that in mind, one would think communication would be an advantage here, and contact the "loanee", to make arrangements, but this company thinks, no, we're just going to add insult to injury, and not do ANYTHING, OTHER THAN, keep charging more interest on a loan that's been charged off, as well as closed, for years. Don't make sense to me.

This place is amazing, really friendly employees, all in all I would highly recommend it.

Very quick to turn you down I get the feeling the girls in the office only look out for people of their ethnicity. Just my opinion. Yes rude!
