Rose was the best and most helpful person I could ask for. After 3 days of failure and being told my check was a fake at the walzem location Rose helped cash my check. She was diligent and competent at her job which made my visit very pleasurable. Roses' positive attitude and energy were so genuine she has earned all my future business with any check cashing, money transfers, and money order services I might need from here on. Thank you Rose you were honestly a delight to work with.

I was referred here by Walmart when their system couldn't cash my check. I was skeptical but said ok and headed to ACE. Rose welcomed me with a welcoming smile and positive vibes. For someone working on Christmas Eve that's just...WOW! Throughout the whole process Rose was friendly, professional, and warm. She made me feel like I was talking to a loving family member and not so much a customer service representative working on Christmas Eve. I normally bank so I don't cash checks often. This was a rare occurrence and I was only there to cash a bonus check. Regardless, if Rose is there and I ever need a check cashed again; I will surely not hesitate to let ACE be the place I cash it. This location could possibly use more than one associate. Rose is sweet but moves slow. I was assisted, she then began assisting another couple rather than completing my transaction. This resulted in me spending much more time than it should have to complete my transaction. I’m not very happy at all with my experience.
