I wasn’t too sure what this place was all about. I decided to go in and see for myself. The female employee Makayle was super friendly, and Extremely knowledgeable. You can always tell when someone takes pride in their jobs and she was one of them. I have her card and will keep this place in mind for me and others.

STOP DO NOT get a loan from this place! First off they told me when my first payment was due that my card didn’t work so I was like What it works so I went in to make payment cash! Then the next month they auto drafted my acct twice and when I told them they said well it will take to long to give you your money back it didn’t take that long for them to draft it out of my acct so she said we’ll just take it off bal not knowing if I needed that money for other things... I don’t recommend this place at all go somewhere else it’s not worth the extra hassle!!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. First off, when I got the loan my name wasn't even spelled right on the check. Secondly, I was told that all that would be charged in two weeks was the fee unless I called and made different arrangements. The two weeks came and I was charged the fee in the morning then was charged the rest of the loan amount without being notified right before they closed so I couldn't even ask them why it was processed when I had already paid the fee. Very FRAUDULENT place.

Everyone was courteous and polite and Makayle helped with a loan so I could pay off some of my bills and I'm looking forward to returning back again

Allied loan is horrible I was a customer for a year and they are rude employees there. I’ve never been late with them and even paid off twice with them. The one time I am late due to my account being hacked the owner didn’t want to approve me for another loan. He than told his employee that I was only approved for 250 and told me they needed updated info. So the next day comes around I get there at the universal city location and the lady tells very bluntly oh you were declined because your husband applied! Discriminators! My husband has nothing to do with me and the owner or the employee failed to contact me to tell me about the change and drive all the way there to just declined! After being a customer for a long time never being late never giving any problems they declined me not even for a good reason😡 I’m very mad if I would’ve know this I would’ve just paid the late payment and my reg payment instead paying 610 dollars for no reason how can you decline a customer that has been good with y’all over one late payment it was 2 weeks late and I kept calling y’all with updates and communicated As a business owner you should be a bit more professional and not reply back to your review with such ignorant comments. I’ve reported your business and you will be hearing from them soon:) have a good day.
