Today I took the pleasure of working with Ruben I’ve never been to loan company that was so prompt, courteous and friendly. He took the time out to make sure all of my documents were understood and I understood the loan process

I just filled out an application the night before and was able to get a little bit more than what I initially needed but the process was super fast and painless and the payments aren’t half bad either. Staff is super friendly. I was helped by Ruben and Elena and they are just super sweet and excellent. It definitely helps if you upload documents prior to contacting.

Elena is profesional and very knowledgeable. She was very patient, kind, and willing and ready to answer any and all questions. We have always gone to Jackson and Hewitt until we were referred to her and oh how glad we are that we came.
