No company is without its issues. Capitol Farm is no exception. However one must understand that God is the only perfect thing in life. I will say that the staff I have had to deal with in their New Braunfels and Uvalde offices have been some of the nicest people ever. I would definitely recommend them for your land loan needs.

This is now the fourth month in a row I haven’t received a statement. I have hand-written them with each of these checks I’ve sent in without a statement, begging for a statement, and I have been ignored. On top of it, their website is awful and locks you out over and over again, despite constant password resets. I would not recommend them for land loans - it is absolutely pitiful that a company would ignore your request for a statement, after they simply stopped coming.
