My grandmother Mary Sansom worked for the bank approximately 10 years ago. Till this day she continues to say really great things about this bank. FSB provided exceptional care and understanding to her situation while she worked there. I can say - FSB takes care of their employees as they in some way still take care of my grandmother. For those seeking a job here, know FSB cares for their employees.

Love my bank... Been a little disappointed with the wait time lately ...

Horrible app. Everytime I go into bank I make 3 trips before they get my requests right. Signatures, papers, way over complicated for minute details. Have lived all over US. Worst bank in my experience. Gave 2 stars as is walking distance otherwise I'd give none.

They are not open on Saturdays
