Waggoner National Bank, Vernon, TX

I have been banking with Waggoner National Bank for over 50 years and I feel pretty confident with my banking history and don't plan to make any changes with my current banking account service with WNB of Vernon, Texas!

They’ve always gone above and beyond as far as customer service goes. Max is the best loan officer I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Love Pam, love nearly everyone there at the Electra branch and my dealings with the Vernon branch are positive too! Super nice, small town folks ❤️

Horrible experience with them. Save your sanity and bank ANYWHERE else.

Small town bank with smaller town values, ran by a board of directors for their own enjoyment. One director told me how they refused a loan to a motel owner, who went elsewhere, received financing, and is now very successful, as well as being the present mayor of Vernon.

I have never heard of a small town bank with "small town values" be so unwilling to help a small business get through the economic downfall following the oil bust. When bankers can not stick to their word on the terms of a loan that is already going to make money over the course of time through interest, all faith is lost on small banks and makes people turn to large corporate banks that put the small banks out of business. Shame on you, Waggoner National Bank.
