Great source of help in a rough business . I can imagine the stories employees hear in a day. By nature i expected this to be bad. borrowing money is never fun.. I treated them with respect and I was met with respect and knowledge. I was actually offered options that made me feel more like help then borrowing. It maybe that I knew my insurance check for the wrecked car that started this was coming to repay them. But the man that works there "actually the owner I believe, listened to me. After a rough week. We did speak about loans and this was the help i needed. If you need help this is the place. I did not ask for options, and was explained a few after questions he asked me. I did do a loan that i had no idea I could do and I know where to go if I need him again.

*******Converse, Texas location****** Mr. Max the owner is a very nice man. Although the women working in this location really have nasty and rude attitudes. They are not helpful nor are they willing to help anyone. I would highly suggest you go somewhere else. This location is terrible for the simple fact of the staff. When I brought my mother here for a loan they made her jump threw fire rings just for a little money. I have had simpler dealings with big banks. To the point I tried to help my mother with her application process and they gave me so much attitude till I walked out of the building. But knowing my mother needed the help and I wasn't at the time of the month able myself to help her I continued to help my mom. From the parking lot. Cause I did not feel at ease in the building. But as for the owner I met him a few days last week he is the polar opposite of these two women he hired. He is warm and kind and great man to meet. He is the only reason I would recommend his company. As far as his other locations I can not speak on them cause at this time this the only San Antonio location. Sincerely, T. Anderson
