Hello to all, I came in here after my mother passed away and these folks I have to tell you were some of the best folks in Victoria.. They helped me out with my mom's plot and gave me an excellent loan when I needed it.. They will also give you time if you needed as well to as just simple communication.. They're horrible. They blatantly ran my payment on a Wednesday when I clearly informed and had proof that my direct deposits where every other Thursday. Which of course overdrafted my account. And to which I was told was not their problem. I will never again get a loan with them. I will pay a higher interest just for the security of knowing competent people understand what I'm saying to them....no money till Thursdays!
