I was having problems with my check from a job I just started, Rachel went above and beyond to help me! I’m a young father of 4 and thanks to her I was able to feed my kids and get them decent meals for the rest of the week. I highly recommend you go visit them, they will take care of you!

Racel was amazing! She really went above and beyond to help me cash my check after trying several other places. and not only did she go the extra mile for me when other places just didn’t want to bother, but also perfectly handled my situation (cashing a large check) while being discreet and professional, even when other nosey customers were trying to linger too closely, multitasking with ease all while training a new employee. Honestly, all of that would have probably had me frazzled as hell but if she was, she didn’t show it one bit.

Melissa and the other lady helping her were terrific! They reassured me that having to do an extra step to pay your bills isn’t embarrassing but common in our area. I needed to cash a $2800 check and since my credit has fallen in the gutter, Walmart wouldn’t even cash it. So I visited Ace Check Cashing on Waco Dr and Kersten went above and beyond to help me out.
