I will never use this company ever again!!! They harrassed me about a $56.00 payment. They somehow called and texted family members that I never used as a reference looking for me, which I thought was unprofessional and not to mention, put my personal financial business out there. They kept calling my job looking for me after i asked them not to several times and just constantly blew my cell phone up calling multiple times a day back to back. I will never use this company again and would recommend that no one else use them. Go to the other loan companies in that shopping center. The others will work with you and will not harass you under any circumstances. Capital Finance has horrible customer service and horrible staff and management working there.

Horrible! I will never use this company again. I took out a loan, and paid on it religiously. I renewed the loan and then had a bit of unforeseen trouble, my payment came due. I called and advised I would be late and was told that would be fine but I would have a late fee. I agree to pay them at the beginning of the month. A week later I get a call from a "gentleman "( I use the term loosely), he starts the call irate. Telling me, he made a loan to me and I agreed to pay it. Now I going back on my word. I tried to explain to him i had already made arrangements to pay at the beginning of the month, he had nothing to do with it. He tells me hes going to just call the police and come pick up my collateral. Mind you at this point I am only a week late and a couple of days from the beginning of the month when I promised to make a payment. I felt insulted and harrassed, and will not be doing business with a company that is run by emotional unstable individuals. LONG STORYVSHORT, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL PUT THE SCREWS TO YOU.

The whole process was very easy and quick and Sandy had the best customer service that I’ve dealt with in a while. Would highly recommend, and I will be returning.

Unsolicited shady attempt to get my business by sending a paper $700 check through the mail to my home address. What if someone stole this check and cashed it? Would I owe Capitol Finance $700? They lost any possible business of mine.
