Outstanding place to receive hometown quality and service. The once-young man who was our loan officer when we purchased our land in 2007 is now one of the vice presidents, and I can still call him with questions. The other professionals there are also extremely responsive when I call about the best time to refinance, etc. One of the best lending agencies I have ever dealt with.

I understand that we are in an pandemic, but it would have been nice to talk to someone on the phone. Each time we tried to contact someone, it was the receptionist at the desk. She would tell us that our account manager was working from home. We call and no answer, only response we got was from email. Everyone was nice and all, but a voice on the phone would have made this a more pleasant experience.

Our financing was quick and easy thanks to Adam and Jamie, who held our hand as we are not very technically savvy. Thank you for your hard work on getting our loan completed so efficiently. Everyone involved has been super helpful and are the nicest, sweetest folks to deal with.
