I had a 400 dollar loan from these people and when i fell into financial hardship. they would call me every single week. and even every single day. and when i told them im sorry i can't pay it this time i will pay them when i get the money. they straight told me "so what you don't care about this loan" i said of course i do. i just can't pay them right now. fast forward a few months i managed to pay off the entire loan. then they call me weeks later telling me i can open a account or renew a account. then today on 5/8/20 i called them to see what i can do to get 200 dollars. they told i couldnt get nothing cause of my payment history.......THEN WHY CALL ME.

Horrible place of business. DO NOT cash mailed checks or get a loan with this business. Their "business" practices are ridiculous. They want you to do a "customer profile" AFTER you've already received a loan from them. Even though the company has your SSN, DL, home address and a phone number, you'll have to give them all kinds of other information AFTER the fact you've already received the cash and will call you several times a day, even before any payment is due. The representatives became very rude after I started asking questions about their "policy" and told me they weren't going to argue with me. Because I started asking questions? Ridiculous how they treat a customer that wants to know the reasons behind this "profile" and undisclosed policies after you've gotten the money. In the SIGNED legal agreement on the back of the loans doesn't stipulate any further information is needed. And after it all, the rude representatives didn't want to give me corporate's number. I paid back the loan within the 5 day period of having it(which WAS in the legal agreement), so they COULDN'T make a penny off of me and will never do business with these snakes again. GO ELSE WHERE.

Great place to do business. The branch is always clean, the service is quick, and Brianna really goes above and beyond for her customers! She has great customer base & will be the reason I always come back here for a loan.

I received a call from this company. I am reference for someone. The employee on the phone, a woman, made fun of someone there speaking spanish and said "She always asks for $1,000 and I tell her: no comprehende".. How rude is that... I just hung up...

If I could give a negative star I would absolutely feel as if this place is not a safe place to do business I will be calling the better business bureau if you have an account here you better keep very good records as they are very crooked with your money they are not up front with where your money goes and refuse to give you corporate numbers there not to be trusted
