I applied to get a checking account no one ever got in touch with me. When I asked about it at H‑E‑B location they said you had to be approved not to mention they were snobs and could care less about my business.

We have had numerous loans through the Fort Worth Community Credit Union, and have always had a great experience. ( as far as you can borrowing money). The interest rates can't be beat. Great rates on credit card as well. They have helped us save a lot of money by allowing us to transfer high interest credit cards to a reasonable rate card. We got a handle on our credit and saved money. Can't beat them.

What a nightmare, it’s funny when you have been a great customer. Multiple loans through them, and ALL I WANT IS A PAYOFF letter! Seriously LOST my business, I was gonna refinance my truck through y’all! Not now! Rude people on the phone, run around ... ITS BEEN 10 days! Stop the non-sense!

I've been with FTWCCU about 30 years (since it was Ft Worth Federal Credit Union) and have always been happy with the rates, personal loans, credit cards, car loans and service.

They keep shut off my cards and I am having a hard time paying my bills because they are shut off my cards for no reason I am about to looking for another bank and they are always closed when I have a problem with cards the need 24/7 customer service phone number
