A perfect loan experience. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Richard on my loan. Not only did he clearly and concisely explain all of my options, but he was very pleasant and attentive during our discussions. I received the product I needed in a timely manner. There was no hard sell of additional products, no surprises at closing, and no bait-and-switch that unfortunately happens with lesser companies. My closing was performed electronically and my funds disbursed in a matter of hours. I cannot think of anything that requires improving. Should I have any friends or family needing a loan, I will be directing them Richard's way.

Richard Jones took excellent care of my wife and I for our loan, if we ever need a loan again we will absolutely call Richard.

We have been customers for this office for many years and have never experienced service like this before. Terrible customer service today, offered by the clerk Sara! Went into office to pay in full a loan we had. Almost $8600 The cashier's check was short .03 penny's, Sara tells us she will have to get it approved by manager to wave pennys, we tell her to just charge debt card then she says they have to charge a dollar,then that doesn't work, and we can't just give them the pennys, WTH Then there was the issue with wearing a mask. She has us put on mask when going in while all along there was a sign posted that said vaccinated people don't have to mask up, she didn't even ask if we were vaccinated when I took mine off she tried to make me wear the mask while in office nope showed my vacc card. We will never use their services again or refer to other people.

10/10 would not recommend. I took out a $12,000 loan for a 2005 gmc 2500 hd, after totaling my truck one main financial went against my decision to keep the truck and sold it to the insurance for pennys. After I begged them to let me keep it to fix it or use the parts they said in there opinion it wasn’t worth it. Instead they took $1000 more for the truck, pretty upset seeing I just put over $2000 in a brand new transfer case that I feel was stolen from me. As it may have been worth it to them it was not to me, and I greatly expressed this. So if your reading this, just find a different company that will actually listen and care about what you want.

Wow! In less than 7 hours, Richard Jones was able to review, approve and process my loan request! He was super professional and he’s so nice and informative!
