I went to apply and the clerks there were very unhelpful. They were on their cellphones the entire time. They asked for a screen shot of my bank account and I asked if it was sufficient and they said yes then at the end they told me no because my address didn't match my id. Just made me waste my time.

This company was referred to me by Mcallen finance and I am very disappointed with their service. They have the worst phone etiquette I have ever experienced and it took 4 days for them to finally give me an answer on my application. Slamming the phone is very unprofessional save yourself the bad experience and try any other loan company.
