I went to apply and the clerks there were very unhelpful. They were on their cellphones the entire time. They asked for a screen shot of my bank account and I asked if it was sufficient and they said yes then at the end they told me no because my address didn't match my id. Just made me waste my time.

This company was referred to me by Mcallen finance and I am very disappointed with their service. They have the worst phone etiquette I have ever experienced and it took 4 days for them to finally give me an answer on my application. Slamming the phone is very unprofessional save yourself the bad experience and try any other loan company.

Awesome please have always been there when I needed the help, their staff is very outgoing and friendly. And I love how easy and fast it is to get a loan. I never really worried because I know that they are there… and back me up on the time. Shoutout to April, she’s always there to help, and make it easy and comfortable.

The ladies there are very friendly, they helped me understand how loans work, and since I have joined I've been able to build my credit score just by getting a small personal loan with B& F!
