ACE Cash Express, Windcrest, TX

I had been trying for days to cash a check. Place after place has restrictions. I found Ace by googling it. It's been awhile since I used this service and was nervous. I spoke with Artesia on the phone and she recommended I go in and she would help me figure it out. I'm so glad I did. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and had a bubbly attitude. She walked me through my options and explained everything in detail. She is a rarity in customer service. Great job.

My experience at this store was pretty much the parents of the person who comes in the race very judgmental against African Americans it's like she's already saying that you're not good enough for us to do anything for you you're probably bringing in something fake that was a check that was from a company that was two other people in front of me who were Caucasian or maybe Hispanic that was treated very well very kindly with a lot of smiles probably you would rate them or they would radar as good customer service but when the guys down to me and African-American 63 years old I was treated entirely different and I'm very upset with that I have concerns with that and it definitely has to be something done about that
