We have used Capital Farm Credit to make two separate purchases, at the Conroe location. Our first experience went as smooth as possible with no issues. The second time, the office received a new VP and we had nothing but trouble. They missed so many things which caused us to have to postpone closing on the property three separate times and almost cost us the ability to close on the property. I would strongly advise avoiding the Conroe location.
