Cash Store, Wylie, TX

I called this morning to see what documents are needed for a loan and spoke to Angelica. When I got up to the store, she told me it would be just a moment since she was a helping another customer. That was fine, and I waited my turn. When I got up to the counter, then and only then did she tell me that their systems were down and she wasn't able to process any loan documents. She didn't mention that on the phone when I called, nor when she greeted me. She did mention that the Plano location (20 minutes away) had working systems. It would have been nice to have that information provided when I called or when I came in at first. It's very poor customer service to omit important information.

I LOVE the service I receive when I go into this store the girls are all awesome and very sweet and caring !
