Crossroads Bank, Yoakum, TX

I went to our Bank to report some transactions not made by us the lady helping me started a form and issued a new card to us and on that same day all our money was gone this was on a Friday so it'll be Monday before I could find out what happened that's when she said I went to the ATM and got two hundred in cach and went shopping and spent more and I told her that's not true and we have not even used the card over and over I tried to tell her the card was not used so I told her to get the video from the ATM and show it to me after a couple of days when I went back to see she said the card was a copy of someone else card. I had to get my daughter to send me money just so I could take my wife to see her Dr.

My mom was stressing over a home loan. The "Main Man" the actual president of this bank. Went above and beyond to keep her from freaking out. Thankyou Layne for being there to explain things to her, when things were so confusing.

Love this bank, very personable. Where else would the actual president of the bank come out of his office, to talk to you. Layne was super helpful. Will definitely do my banking here.
