Great bank, live in Laredo but prefer banking with Zapata national bank.

Worst bank in zapata they never answer the phones can’t spend $1,000 or they will freeze your account!!! I recommend to get a debit card from dollar general it will work better, and the supervisor don’t know how to do their job!!

If there was a 0 star I would put it! The workers never want to help you out they just give you a very terrible attitude! Also if a business charges you twice they don’t want to give you back the refund money, they just tell you that it is nothing they can do! Also you can’t pick your card pin!

stopped at this bank need a form notarized and they were awesome printed and helped me out if you live near by get a account here they rock! !!!!!!!

This is got to be the worst bank ever the tellers are useless to hey always run out of money can’t spend more than 1,000.00 on a business account and they close when the fair is in town on a Friday so ridiculous
