Tiffani is great and I love referring her to all my clients. Even though she is a great loan officer, more importantly she is honest and trustworthy. There’s too many loan officers that will say whatever they can to get more business, but it’s more importantly to know before you are under contract if you can or cannot get a loan. Tiffani will not sugar coat it, and if you cannot get your prequalified, she will coach you and tell you what steps you need to take in order to get prequalified in the future. She’s awesome!

Where do I begin… there was this one time when Clark said he was “hypnotized” and tried to hit on the male hypnotist Vandermeid at the Deseret Star Theater. That was def a 5 star experience! There was youth conference of 1989, another 5 star fo-sho. Answering the phone at the “local grocery store” in Afton, Wyoming. Running over the grumpy neighbors garbage in the millennium falcon… I mean the 5 Star experiences are many. But I’m just realizing this 5 Star rating might be for the services of Simply Home Mortgage maybe?! Well heck, that’s also an easy one because the real estate transaction we closed today would not have happened if not for the dream team at simply home mortgage. With two self-employed applicants (one who is bald), complicated income, difficult sellers, out-of-state investment property, and a few other challenges (did I mention one of the applicants is bald?!) it seemed like this deal was never even a possibility. Yet through it all, Tiff and Clark were not only relentless in finding solutions, they made us feel like this was, well “simply” what they do and they crushed it. They were optimistic, encouraging, patient, and laughed at all my bad jokes. All joking aside, no matter the obstacles (even baldness) they were focused on closing and they did. We will ALWAYS use Simply Home Mortgage for our real estate transactions. So stoked about the new lake house that was nothing more than a bald man’s dream, and is now a reality.
