I came in 30 minutes before the store closed and Jazymine Took her time ane never made me feel rushed,was very patient and friendly even though I was struggling with my documentation. Great service!

they make one employee stay all day on christmas eve. even tho there’s no costumers and nothing to do for the employees

Tiffany at the Bountiful store was awesome. She was very professional. The amount of time to get approved was very quick. I would not go anywhere else for signature loans. Their website was easy to navigate and uploading information made it very easy to get approved.

I understand that being short staffed but a financial institution with due dates being involved I called earlier in the week and the person that I talk to told me they would be here Friday and I told them I would be here 100% I’m sitting outside the door reading on there that says “sorry for the inconvenience” yea so if I can’t make my payment on time can I say sorry for misinformation that gave you and I can pay today and sorry for the inconvenience!!

I spoke with Tiffany and I needed to be reinstated on my current loan but I was too busy to come in person. So she helped me with everything over the phone and got me set to go with loan I needed to help pay my Rent last month. If it was not for TIFFANY then I would not be able to get rest rent for my house... THANK YOU SO MUCH TIFFANY AND ALL THE REST THE DOLLAR LOAN CENTER ACCOSIATES.

Best branch in the area. Angel was incredible at helping me get setup with my loan. She made the process smooth and seamless, and was more helpful than other reps at other branches. You could also tell she knew what she was doing, and she could set the right expectations. 10/10.
