I am completely blown away by what an amazing lender Sam Fulton is. As a real estate agent, Sam has kept my client and I on the same page and clear on what part of the loan process we were at every step of the way. He started by introducing himself when I first began working with his client and letting me know how to contact him if I had any questions. From there he remaining in contact with me through pre-approval adjustments, the home appraisal, and giving us one of the best phrases for a real estate agent to hear, the “clear to close.” Not only did he get us the clear to close, but he got it to us 10 days after going under contract when we were set up to close after 30 days. In my entire real estate career I have never had a conventional loan go through so fast. Sam is extremely efficient at his job, his customer service and communication far surpass the industry standard, and he is just an overall great guy to work with. I cannot sing his praises enough. Don’t think about it, just work with him. You won’t regret it.
