Elevate Credit Union, Brigham City, UT

Today's teller was Whitnee. She was very efficient at her job and fast. All of the tellers and Management at the Credit Union have always been friendly. They accomplish my business very quickly and more than anything they don't forget to smile!

Teri was very easy to work with and made the entire experience possible. I had several unexpected changes but Teri was flexible and helped me every step of the way. Would highly recommend Elevate to anyone looking for a loan.

Better off putting your money under a mattress, or a rock, or a can in the back yard...... We've been dealing with a fraud tied to our account for a few months. The debit cards were supposed to be shut down, and the acct was emptied. We wanted to keep it since I have had the account since the early 90's. Well fast forward a few months and we started to get charges on an empty checking account. When I called, the tellers are told they can not help. The operations staff never wanted to talk to me and placed all the blame on my end that the debit card was not shut down. Ended up having to eat the charges on my end. They wouldn't even run a visa dispute. Do yourself a favor and drive two more minutes to America First, they are way better and lot easier to use.

Teri is very helpful getting things done when doing a loan. She was able to help me and answer any of my questions and the process was very fast.

I am one of the first 2,000 members of this credit union and have had the great same service since I joined. It has changed its physical address and its name but has continued its great service. At no time have I been disappointed with my dealings with this credit union. My latest dealing was just as pleasant and efficient as always. I now live in Missouri and my banking is done online or by phone and it is still just like when I lived down the block. Thanks for your continuing service over the years.

Looking into refinancing and Carmen was able to get us a loan with an amazing rate! She was so quick, thorough and had our loan within a matter of days.
