I just wanted to take a minute and talk about how wonderful Todd Memmott was to work with from Legacy Mortgage. I called him on a Holiday and he answered right away and that was just the start of a great experience. Todd was very accommodating, gave us some really good advice, and provided the best deal he could based on the changes in the market. He was prompt in keeping us informed and always got back to me day or night. I would highly recommend working with him! I so appreciated his knowledge and expertise and true professionalism. We did most everything over the web and even our closing was done in my home. Can't get any more convenient than that! Thanks Todd for a wonderful experience!

Todd has helped us out on three different occasions with buying and refinancing our home. He's become part of the family it feels like. He is incredibly competent and helpful in making sure we are getting the best interest rates and providing individual and careful attention to our needs and the needs of what we're hoping. We especially appreciate the time he takes to educate us on the loan process. We worked with Todd and he is so knowledgeable, easy to get ahold of and really advocates for us and our needs. He has helped us with 2 mortgages and 1 refinance and I don’t think we will ever use anyone else! We both work full time and always had questions and things after working hours and he was accommodating to our schedules.
