Mountain America Credit Union, Cedar City, UT

I have always had a great experience with Mountain America Credit Union. Today was no exception. In a nutshell, I made a mistake and went into the Cedar City Providence Center Branch to get help with my problem. The Branch Manager Quincy was incredibly helpful and proactive. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the whole MACU team.

Disappointing experience on December 1, 2022 at this branch. I got in line at the drive-thru at 5:50 pm and was unlucky enough to be behind a truck that was taking a long time. All the other lanes were in use so I kept waiting. As the truck was finishing and I was pulling forward to make a deposit, the tellers closed the blinds and turned everything off. My watch said 5:59 pm. I guess it doesn't matter if you've waited and still have a minute to spare? It felt like the tellers were more interested in closing up and going home, than helping a customer.

Hands down the best place for all your banking needs . Customer service is top notch and the credit union goes out of their way to work with you. Amazing fraud department and security as well. This is SO important to me. I recommend MACU to everyone.

I have had my bank accounts at MACU for over 20 years and have been very pleased with their service. We also did a refi on our home, and it was easy and went well.

The absolute most god awful after 5 p.m customer service ,I had a situation with my account and no one in the after hours knew what the hell I was talking about FYI there go to " oh there's maintenance being done were sorry click"
