Really liked the first time I came in. The second time not so much. Made me understand why I just dislike pawnshops in the first place. Really have a good way of making you feel like your stuff is subpar.

We just stopped in on a whim and the deals we got were so GREAT that we bought a ring and a watch. Customer service is top notch !! We will be making other purchases in the future . You can't go wrong shopping here.

I have been a customer for some time and have been treated really well but lately I have noticed a change in the company and staff lots of turn over in employees and attitudes. I have dealt with Alan and Kelly and they always made me feel like I was with family. And now the employees have attitudes and come off as ignorant and it doesn't make me feel welcome. I called a few minutes ago inquiring about any PlayStation 5's and the women who answered the phone put me on hold them came back to tell me YES we have 2 it's this much I asked if she could tell me if it was disc or digital and she said yes I could tell you but not right now I'm busy doing a title loan but you can come in or call back later. First of all I live 45 minutes away and can't always drive in to check things out. And 2 I've never been in there and seen or heard an employee say things like that. I am starting to re think having a relationship with you because of this. I mean you run a business and I know that business gets busy but it just sounds to me people can't look over the counter to see what a product is because their busy with something else. Maybe your short staffed or employees haven't been trained but I really don't know about wasting my hard earned money for someone that doesn't want to earn it.i am sorry I am having to leave such message I wished I could talk to someone personally but I am unsure of where to find that.

I love this store every time I get something from here they either give me a discount for how often I have come or they are always just super super nice I love coming here the faces are just always so nice
