Been banking here for almost 3 years now and I really love it. They saved me twice in the past few months. One with a loan for my company, and the other, someone online or somewhere stole my card number and was using it from some different location. They shut the card down. I went in and they got me a new card and settled all the disputed things on the debit card.

Finest bank I've ever dealt with. Unlike one of the one star reviews, I travel to and live in places outside of Utah and have never been stranded via SBSU. I currently live in Kansas. Also, I've never worked for this bank, but I do know the vice president over mortgages. He is fine individual that has shown himself as a consistently honest and compassionate individual. All the tellers that I have dealt with have been both cheerful and helpful to me and all issues that I have encountered have been both competently and completely solved via phone and the internet. This bank sure beats the pants off of Chase and Wells Fargo, not to mention local competitors that I have dealt with.

SBSU has been great to work with. I have some business accounts with SBSU and every time I need anything, they are prompt, friendly, and get things taken care of. Their customer service line seems to be local and each person I've spoken with has always been wonderful. Every branch I've gone to (Santa Clara, St. George BLVD, and St. George River Road) has been equally great, friendly, quick, and helpful. Thanks State Bank!
