Does not follow through. Complete waste of time. After meeting in person and having our credit ran, we supplied all our documents, explained what we needed and waited 8 weeks for loan to be completed as they told us over and over it was no problem and ag lending is what they due, we were told after the fact they could not follow though on loan due to not enough ag presence on the property. We were told for 8 weeks to sit tight after they told us the process only took 4-6 weeks. This place is like the Biden administration of lending. Good luck getting a straight answer.
