Maria was great, and very friendly. Despite having anxiety over needing to do this she made the process very smooth and easy. Plus I received a bonus of 50% off my first months interest! No one likes needing little help in the month but sometimes it's neccessary. I'd definitely come back here next time if I find myself in a jam.

The employees (Maria and Pam) at this location are amazing, they are so helpful and understanding and always have a great attitude whenever I come in to their store. They create a great environment for current and future customers. American title loans is the best I definitely recommend them if you need money and have the title to your car.

Today is Monday April 2nd. Had to come in to borrow cash for car repairs. The manager there, Maria, was very polite and I could tell she knows what she's doing. The overall transaction went well. But what I liked most of all it didn't take all day! That's why I gave it 5 stars.

Had clear title in wifes name. She just started new job so lady wouldn't help us even though I'm with her and her husband and I have 2 jobs. She could of just transfered title to me and then done deal. I feel laziness was her reason not to help us. It's a free and clean title. I assume if we miss a payment they get the car so I don't understand what the issue was. She recommended 2 other companies down the street that do title loans. This tells me that she just didn't want to help us or she may be racist towards us. Don't waste your time going here.
