My husband and I were directed to work with castle and Cooke mortgage because our credit Union directed us to them for the specific loan we needed. The communication with Jodie since the very beginning has been horrendous. I do not recommend working with her if you do go through them.

Jessie and his team are the best. We got our refinance done on our home super fast! He is very personable and easy to work with. We liked that he was just a text away if we had any questions and responded in a timely manner. We highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a home or refinance.

Trish and her team at Castle & Cooke were nothing short of amazing. She made the lending process stress-free, from start to finish, and made a very hard process seem easy. Trish is incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and always made me feel like my loan was her priority. I can’t say enough for her communication skills. When I had a question or concern she immediately got back to me with an answer. I really appreciated her quick response time to all of my emails calls and texts. Jessie is the best! My wife and I worked with Jessie while purchasing a new home and he was on it from day one. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, was always quick to respond and make sure we fully understood everything and all of our options. There was never any surprises or hiccups throughout the process. I was busy with work the night before closing and wasn't available till late in the evening. Didn't matter, Jessie, while at home, still called to make sure we didn't have any questions before closing. True customer service. I won't use anyone but Jessie in the future and I highly recommend his services.
