Michelle is the best! She makes it so easy to cash checks when I come in. They also offer the Netspend Mastercard. I go and load my card there with no charge.

Shar has been the absolute BEST! Just talking and doing business with her, you can clearly just tell she truly is genuine and cares. I already knew from when I walked in that I would be taken care of. I would highly recommend coming in, and she has a light about her that just gives you hope. Weirdest experience ever. First of all, this location it’s inside of a business center building on the 2nd floor you need to go through other offices to get to the Check n go. When we got to the office the receptionist was sleeping with the lights off not showing willingness to assist at all. Brought a check to pay off my loan in full and there was a little bit of an overpayment and she said that she was not able to send a check back with the overpayment which I told her that it was fine cause I have very limited time and I’ve been trying to reach you guys for months cause you have the sketchiest locations and employees. The Taylorsville branch it’s always closed too. You guys should update you contact phone number and also have and updated website so that we don’t struggle so much.
