I was blessed to get an auto loan through Prestige in 2019. Unfortunately, my vehicle was totaled in 2021. The loan was paid off and I am looking to finance with them again once I figure out how to do it directly. I had zero issues in the 2.5 years I had an active loan. This place was great at first. They were really friendly and super great to work with. However, I lost my job a couple months ago and fell slightly behind with my bills. They have been nice and letting me make half payments with every paycheck for a little bit. This month was my last month I was going to pay the loan with the half payments because the holidays are over and I can finally start to work without needing days off for my son’s daycare being closed. I got a new job shortly after losing my other one and it didn’t pay as well as the previous one. So, I asked if I can make half payments until my finances are caught up. I called yesterday to make a payment and I was transferred to an account manager. I tried to explain that I fell behind for a bit and this would be the last half payments being made. I was talked to like I was trash. The person was saying very condescending things to me and making me feel bad for falling behind.
People lose their jobs and it was completely out of my control.
I told them I had half and that’s all I had as it would take my entire paycheck.
The person was being so rude and saying if I can pay the payment in full, than it’s a missed payment. I tried and I’m trying to get caught back up. It just sucks that if things happen, this company says rude comments and makes you feel like less of a human.
I bawled all the way to work because I have already been stressed with finances for a while. I just want to call and talk to someone who doesn’t make me feel terrible for life happening.

Prestige financial used to be a great place to work where you were well taken care of, in the past year however it has become quite the opposite. They do not care if you are sick you will still need to go in office (there is a work from home option) they still make you put everyone else at risk. They used to take care of the little guy now it’s become a job with terrible work environment and only favors certain employees. Some people are able to work from home anytime they feel like without qualifications just because they are favored. Terrible place to work and if you have a loan through them you know you messed up. I would not recommend financing through prestige or working there.

They make their money off of the people who struggle the most! Who have challenging credit-Prestige will give them a extremely high interest rate loan that typically will leave the customer in worst shape They will be upside down in their loan forever. This company makes their fortune by taking from the less fortunate. If you have bad credit don't use this company. Everything about this company is horrendous. Save your $, take the bus, but never use this company to finance a car!

Ever hear the term, "Cash is King"? It's not (unless your Bill Gates). I thought I was so clever paying cash for purchases until my vehicle broke down and I needed a bit of help with financing. Credit? Who me? Would anyone touch me with a ten foot pole for credit? Nope! Get off the bus from work, toolbox in tow, only to get home and find rejection letters in the mailbox. It was always the same thing, "NOT ENOUGH CREDIT ESTABLISHED". Shoot, even one of the credit reporting agencies had my credit score as "N/A". Then Prestige came along and gave me a chance. That was a good day! No more public transit !! Just in time too. The bus drivers were giving me the stink eye every time I boarded because they had to put down the wheelchair ramp to get my toolbox on and off the bus. Anyway, the interest is a bit high and yes, I'm getting offers for a lower APR that might save me a little dough, but I'm going to stick with Prestige for a bit longer. In my book they have earned it by giving me an opportunity that no one else would. Prestige delivers and takes into account more than just a "score". Grateful? You bet! When they say they'll help they mean it and that sort of thing is a rare find today. Thank you, Prestige.

I was in an unfortunate accident several years ago and got to a place where I couldn't afford to keep my car and ultimately had a repossession take place. I know this has to be a real hassle for the bank and a situation no party wants to be in. However 4 years later and I am back to being able to make right on the vehicle, to avoid bankruptcy I wanted to pay my balance off anyway. I was able to work with this bank and set up a payment plan which was surprisingly a simple process. It's good to be taking care of my debts and I will be happy to move forward in life.
Highly recommend for any financial needs!

I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE! Sasha the Loss Metigations supervisor is a damn liar. I fell behind on my payments due to losing my job and then unfortunately becoming homeless for 4 months. I made arrangments with them and they seemed okay with it. I was on unemployment so I was making small payments to them every other week. Then Sasha tells me that if I make a payment of $120 I can keep my car. Lies. They took my car in the middle of the night. I was then told I would have to come up with over $3K to get my car back. Such scam artists they are. I can't get that money the 15th of December!

I just got my first used car through a dealership in August.I have had nothing but issues with this company.Customer service( 3 different reps) were all extremely rude.I called today to switch my due date due to my paycheck coming in after the due date so I wanted to make sure I am on-time. It was not a pleasant experience and before I agreed to switching I asked if they off a 14 day grace period, which they do not. My payment would have been no more then 5 days late and they only offer late fees and said that would pact my account. I will be refinancing in 10 months to get a better deal and not have to deal with this horrible company anymore.not a happy customer!! Staff needs to be retrained and more pleasant. If they hate their jobs so much, then customer service is not a job for you.
