Mountain America Credit Union, Duchesne, UT

I started using Mountain America Credit Union in 2003/2004 and I have found them willing to communicate and help me with all of my financial questions and or issues I have had concerns about. I have been very happy with the services Mountain America Credit Union has provided to me.

Mountain America's my number one go-to for finance and personal accounts. I've always been treated with courtesy and respect. I would recommend them to most of my family or friends but they all use Mountain America too.

All representatives at my local branch, here in Duchesne are some of the nicest people in the banking industry.

I have a $400 drawn on mountain America credit. I am not a member. They would not cash the check without giving a thumbprint on it. I had valid ID that I was willing to show. When I asked them about this policy they've got the manager and I told him that I was recording this interaction. I was told that they were not allowed to record inside the bank they could record me but I cannot record them and then I'd have to give a thumbprint or go someplace. Apparently, they don't keep that kind of money? Where do they treat everyone as a thief?
