I wanted to get a consolidation loan and shalie was very knowledgeable and friendly. She walked me through the loan process and I got the loan I needed.

The employee at the drive up window was very polite. I have never had any problems with with them.

I've had many banks/credit unions as I've lived in different states, cities, counties in my 74 years. My daughter and her husband had Mountain America Credit Union in St George and kept telling us it was the best credit union. We didn't realize that there was such a difference until we moved to Sanpete county that didn't have our previous credit union. We went with Mountain America and now we see the difference. They listen and help. Any problem we've had, they were right there willing to help. Like if there has been problems online with a credit or debit card, they have us come in and they make a new card immediately. When we need loans, like for a new roof or to consolidate bills they are right there to help and with a smile and a low interest rate. I always feel better when I leave there because they are down to earth, people who really care.

This place has been such a nice experience ever since the last branc manager and several others left. Love coming here cause it's so easy and professional every time I come in. They require masks but don't force you to wear them if you forgot it or don't want to wear one. Doesn't hurt that there's plenty of pretty faces to greet you every time you go in! Love their services too!

I have never had a bad experience here. We have been banking with them for over a year and if we have any sort of problem, they help with it instantly. My husband and I especially like Jacquline. She is always friendly and has a smile on her face.
