MILLARD COUNTY CREDIT UNION, Fillmore, UT

I've been with this Credit Union for years now. I have always been pleased with everything. They have always helped me with my questions and problems. My loan process was great. I thought it would be much harder. Recently and sadly I had my account info stolen. Jackie, Heather and Rosio got right at work to make everything right. I appreciate that more than you know. They have answered questions and made calls for me. It's helped me feel safe when I was feeling really violated. I'll continue to recommend MCCU to everyone.

We are very pleased with the quality of service here. Very friendly and helpful, it's nice to have a person and not a robot to work with. Highly recommend doing your banking here. Have ATM now too! They are constantly making upgrades for the better.

Loan officer Wendy loses paper work, forgets things easily, and acts completely clueless to what is going on. I've never had a car loan take 3 weeks to complete or seen a loan officer be so careless with sensitive documents! She's requested 3 times for paperwork that had already been completed and forgot things where handed in. I don't understand how these things become misplaced. This is the poorest quality and transaction I have ever seen! I would never recommend anyone use/trust this loan officer with your sensitive information and loans.
