If I could give this branch no stars I would. I came in to cash a check that was quite high and was unable to because the loan officer decided to fake a phone call to verify the funds and proceed to hang up with out giving it a chance to talk to someone she then proceeded to lie and say no one was available. I told her to call again as she just did this to me a member of the company! She denied me and then the other teller that originally said he couldn’t cash said he couldn’t cash all of it because he found me untrustworthy my account is up to date and my past history shows my business cashes in checks that are quite high. I asked why he found me untrustworthy and he said nothing. I then said is it because of my skin color he proceeded to stay quiet! I never had this problem in Salt Lake City branches. Do not come here if you are a person of color with a small business. They all surrounded me like a deliquent. I was beyond frustrated by the lies lack of work ethic lack of anything this company supposedly stands for the MACU has many members of color I also have a video and might proceed to further steps. Again do not come here if you are a small business they do not support you as a member!

I have been a customer since they first opened in Vernal. I have had nothing but great service and always been greeted with an employee that was helpful. I strongly recommend this Credit Union

Waiting 90 minutes just to sign disclosure documents that they weren't able to email to us is not good customer service.. Only 1 loan officer working, with 3 others in offices not helping anyone. And the tellers who are just standing around can't take a couple signatures?

Everyone is always so helpful! Especially Jane, who has spent a lot of time with me to help me with my financial future. Enjoy being treated like a member, instead of a customer.

I had the opportunity to work with Kyle (a Trainee) about a week ago. Kyle’s Professionalism was beyond an awesome experience. Having been a Branch Manager at a bank previously, Kyle is the exact employee you’d want and need to take care of all your banking needs. Courteous and (as rare as it can be), empathy. I just appreciate the willingness of Kyle (a Mountain America Credit employee), for his demeanor.
