But a special shout-out to Cristie Walk who really guided is through a complex and rather unorthodox closing. We had a critical deadline to hit and it was because of her (and the rest of the team) that it worked out.

Regardless, Cindy spent A LOT of time looking into things for us. She is so on top of things and very efficient. Cindy even recommended other resources that benefited us greatly. Our circumstances finally allowed for us to refinance our home last week and once again, Cindy and Eddie were all over it. They are great communicators, organized, knowledgeable, honest and caring. They went through quite a few scenarios about the pro's and con's of different finance options and were able to clearly articulate what would benefit us best for our situation and goals. I left our refi meeting feeling motivated and inspired to work toward other financial goals. It was awesome to pick Eddies brain about different investment options. We worked with Cristie, and had a great experience! We were under contract on a home a week after we initially applied through Xcel, and two weeks after that we closed, so she worked really fast and efficiently. It's a hard ballgame in today's weird lender world to navigate someone through this process in such a short time period, but Cristie was well up to the task. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be using them again for any Utah housing needs!
