worst banking establishment I have ever dealt with. most of the tellers don't know a damn thing plus they fired two employees with no reasoning and have pit one of which in a position unable to make payments on time.. they continue to send delinquent notices for unpaid loans which don't even exist. i would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

JUST WOW! I called the credit union. I imagine the teller I spoke with was just having a bad day or maybe I made it bad for her. I had some spesific questions and I needed spesific answers. She said she was having a hard time "hearing me." Then blundered on to give me a answer. I was incredulous how she could answer a question she didn't hear so I repeated the question. Her tone of voice became awfully sour and obtrusive and frankly offended me. I having enough of her attitude yet not getting an answer or explanation in why she couldn't give me an answer I told her "I'm sorry I have to go". Amazingly to my astonishment she replied in a even angrier tone "Good BYE!" And hung up.This unfortunately swayed my opinion to limit or discontinue the banking I do with them. I've been with them for years. I wish they would retrain or train there employees on simple customer service skills. Exspecially when talking on the phone! It's vital.
