We have been members for many years. Mountain America, hands down, has been the best financial institution we have every used. They are extremely friendly and helpful and have helped us many times financially. They all need raises in pay!

The wait times here have been completely ridiculous lately. 1 hour in line inside just to make a deposit, and close to 10 minutes in the drive thru just waiting for the little tube. The person who sent the tube still wasn't even ready for us. I think the worst part is that from the drive thru you can see 3 - 4 other people just standing around while one woman could barely manage one customer. Why even have three drive thru lanes open when it just causes more problems?

Suggestion on your Teller's communication. Having spent 32 years relying on clear and concise communication to save lives as well as stay alive; I learned the importance of training associates (dispatch and Field Agents) "do not kiss the microphone!!!! Hence, practice holding or standing a short distance from you mouth; hence the "muffle-run together" effect will take place and cause all your sentences, comments, questions or answers to run together and be muffled!!!!! I had not seen the Teller before, so I believe she may have been fairly new; however, she made a concerted effort to assist and did so in a very professional way! Definitely a valued asset of the team!!! Thank you

I have been a member with Mountain America most of my adult life, I love banking here but there customer service is so bad. I can never get them to answer there phone. It is beyond upsetting to work with them over the phone. There app is fantastic and working with them in person is great, but I don't always have time to go down to the bank. Hoping they read this so I can get a call back.!

Girl named Lexi helped me on the phone then proceeded to tell me that the transaction that I made that was now being placed on hold because mountain American decided that I couldn't spend my money on what I want. She then tells me I have to wait tell the 31'st to get my money back... the money they're putting on hold. Or else i have to call the people who i was trying to buy something from and have the manager fill out all this information. This company doesnt care about you at all and then she proceeded to get mad at me lol when I asked if she understood what I was saying... what a joke that girl should be fired and mountain America is a company that will choose what they will let you spend your money on.

Everyone is so helpful! The wait time is always minimal if at all. The staff is great! Having a coin machine available is a bonus, too.
