I just completed a great refinance experience with the State Bank of Southern Utah. I live in central Utah and own property in Kanab. I decided to refi my Kanab property recently so I checked with Sally at Adobe Realty. Sally helped me buy my Kanab property a couple of years ago and was awesome to work with. Sally recommended Shannon at State Bank of Southern Utah. I trusted Sally's judgement implicitly and called Shannon. I've bought and sold a lot of property over decades and worked with many loan officers. As a retired Army officer, I expect results. Shannon is one of the best of the best.
