Wes & Christian...Oh man...I can honestly say with no hesitation these guys are the best loan agents that I have ever worked with hands down. Very VERY personable, thorough and walked me through each step. In a process that is rarely fun and somewhat demoralizing at times these guys made my experience super enjoyable and I would do business with them 10X over and refer anyone to them. I was having a super rough day and was feeling pretty defeated and they brightened it right up. It means more than they will ever know. (Full transparency-, I was not asked to leave a review.. in fact I rarely leave reviews unless my experiences with businesses are horrible but I felt like I needed to spread the word about these guys in case anyone else is in a jam. You wont regret it!)

The Lehi store employees were great and very good to work with.

My child got a title loan, we told them not after they told us! Well he was paying online and for some it did not register one of the payments. Title Max took the car. After paying what they wanted him to. They can't find his car. They have no idea where the car is, Who told us. We have been dealing with this for 1/2 the day. Day 2 We still have not received the car back!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! We will jump through hoops a second day. If we get no where then maybe the police need to be involved as we have the paperwork showing it's release!!

Seriously try Title Max in Lehi before you do another title loan! Yadi & Lisa ROCK and did everything and more for me to help me get a loan, even after a no they still went to bat and helped me secure my dream car! Thanks Yadi, Lisa and Tony!
