I found Box Home Loans through Costco. Costco doesn't lend money, but rather negotiates with lenders and loan brokers to offer the lowest cost loan fees and best service for it's members. Service and low cost is where Box Home Loans really shines. My loan officer Gordon was with me every step of the way and was quick to respond to my needs as I negotiated multiple offers before finally buying a house. All loan information is fully transparent on their website. Including all fees, interest rates, points, etc. Their website allows you to compare multiple rates and corresponding points to easily determine which rate best fits your situation. In summary, working with Box Home Loans was as easy as getting a mortgage could be and I felt I got the lowest cost available.

Box home loans had better rates then the other lenders I was looking at and more options to buy down rates even further. I locked in a great rate with Matthew and his team. It was crunch time with less then 3 weeks to close. He assured me that it would be rushed though and he and his team were all on board to meet my closing date. And they pulled it off! My original lender tried to scare me away from box home loans, but the rate was too good I had to go for it. Lindsey was my main contact, she would give me constant updates to help ease my worries of not closing in time and getting fined by my builder. Also their loan tracker in your account in their website was a great indicator of the loan status. I was checking it daily. I put all my eggs in their basket without a backup plan and fortunately it paid off! My locked in rate was in the low threes and by the time I closed rates were up in the mid fours. Crazy times! My experience with box home loans was a great one, hopefully yours is too.

Travis and Emma, my loan officer/processor were spectacular! I highly recommend getting a mortgage loan or refinance with Box Home Loans because they have the best rate and amazing customer services. Travis, Emma, and the entire team at Box were very timely with communication and I always got a response back quickly. The loan process was completed quickly too. The 1st lender I went with lacked transparency, gave me a rate that was extremely high, and was not good at providing feedback or tips, so half way through the loan process I switched to Box and they were able to get me closed in 15 days! They are so awesome. They even helped me get my appraisal transferred! I'm very happy and grateful for such a wonderful experience and getting me into my first home! Thank You, Box Home Loans!

We are self-employed and have had many hassles with other mortgage providers over the years because of self-employment.
