Deseret First Credit Union, Logan, UT

I have had accounts with Deseret First since I was 8 years old and have always had a great experience. The Logan branch and other branches are open during convenient times of day, have low interest rates and great customer service in their departments. They also have shared branching for members who live outside of the cities where branches are located. I will keep my accounts with them for the foreseeable future!

I have had accounts at several institutions, this one has been my favorite by far. The staff is great to me. They remember me by name. They are able to offer everything I need. They never badger you to open more accounts. They are professional. They have always been able to offer me everything I need from basic banking to international transfers.

I used to have accounts at Chase, MACU, KeyBank, and US Bank; now I rely solely on Deseret First because they have products that help me reach my financial goals, and lower loan rates than competitors. They are flexible and understanding when I'm in a crisis, and most of all, they don't just act like they care--they actually DO care. The bald guy at my branch in Logan is very helpful even if a bit talkative, and I email him whenever I need information on a transaction or advice with a potential loan.

It could not have worked out any better! Madisyn is so competent. In addition she is very accommodating to our specific needs. I have no desire to seek financial help where else.

Love this credit union! For years we had been visiting this location because they were a participanting credit union with another credit union we had accounts with. Even though we were not their members they treated us as such. They made an effort to remember our names. They have bent over backwards to help us. Needless to say, we finally made a switch. We moved all the accounts that we could over to them. We had a rough start with direct deposits not working(not their fault) and they took care of us. They have amazing customer service. Even opened up accounts for our children's 4-H projects. Wonderful place to have taking care of your money.

Anna was so helpful! She answered all of my questions with a smile and helped me to feel welcome and cared for. Her positive energy and the calm atmosphere of the Credit Union helped me to have a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Deseret First, their customer service is amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about them as a whole! :)

We had a very positive experience with Deseret First! Our associate, Anna, was very helpful and answered all our questions. We had a little bit more complicated situation, but she was able to help us resolve it and everything worked out great.

This is the best credit union. The staff is polite and helpful, they have Spanish speaking employees, and free fresh cookies on Fridays! Thanks for going above and beyond.
